Specific duties:
- Answer correspondence (in all forms, e.g., phone, email) on behalf of the President/ Administration/Board of Directors as needed
- Handle arrangements for all social events connected to the President’s office, up to and including:
- Facilities and technology needs, catering, venue rental and contracts, payments and invoicing, travel arrangements, ancillary support (e.g., décor, flowers, etc.)
- RSVPS and logging events into Raiser’s Edge for any Advancement-related events
- Maintain a database of all President’s and Board contacts
- Maintain the President’s Schedule and an annual calendar of anticipated events for the President to attend
- Process mail and correspondence
- Coordinate any donor stewardship efforts that require acknowledgments from students (including planning, communication with appropriate faculty and editorial oversight).
- Support other office staff during their absences/vacation as needed
- Support the clerical needs and communication of the Board of Directors as needed
- Handle all requests for transcripts during summer months and outline a specific request procedure
- Order necessary office supplies and maintain the appropriate budget for the President’s Office
- Coordinate vending contracts and maintain monthly statements
- Support any other building operational/strategic functions as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Evidence of commitment to Catholic values and Mission of Little Flower Catholic High School
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently with good analytical skills
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible, decisive, yet diplomatic, discrete, tactful
- Handle confidential materials in the manner required of such information
- Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Publisher) and have agility with data exports, mail merges and spreadsheet manipulation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with specific attention to correct diction, elocution, grammar, and usage
The archdiocese offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and education.
This is a 12 month full time position.
