THE POSITION:
Saint Hubert is actively seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Director of Student Success. The successful candidate will support the President’s Office’s efforts to enhance the experience of students Road to Success, working with business, labor, service, and military partners to enhance career readiness. To collaborate with colleges and universities to maximize the experience academically and financially for each student to support their dreams of higher education.
Specific Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the President at Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls, the Director of Student Success will work with the President and Leadership Team, as well as collaborate with the Board of Directors to promote the mission college and career readiness programs of the school. This position will include identifying, cultivating, and partnering with colleges, universities, and industry. To build relationships and secure significant career and higher education support for Saint Hubert’s programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families.
- Run Career programs with industry professionals for the students
- Run Internship Fair
- Coordinate Jefferson Hospital personnel to meet with students as mentors
- Offer individualized guidance to students and families, assisting them in understanding the college admissions process, exploring potential academic and career pathways, and identifying ideal colleges or universities.
- Advocate for students by building and maintaining strong relationships with college and university representatives.
- Add to a high performing team that strive to create a transformative college counseling experience for students.
- Design and implement counseling programs and workshops to educate students and families about college admissions requirements, standardized, testing, financial aid, scholarships, and other relevant topics.
- Collect and analyze data related to college admissions outcomes, student demographics, and other relevant metrics to form decision making and improve counseling services.
- Assist in the execution of strategic plan for the college counseling department, align goals with the overall mission and objectives of St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Saint Hubert Catholic High School’s history, mission, academic, and extracurricular programs, and its faculty, students and administration; maintain a thorough understanding of the school’s current priorities and initiatives of the

Qualifications:
- An appreciation and passion for Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls and a commitment to promoting the mission, values, and vision for the school.
- Demonstrate an learning propensity and aptitude for new and emerging technologies as well as experience with College Board, Naviance, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and Canva.
- Continuing education credits by attending webinars, seminars, classes, and conferences
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build, foster, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external constituencies including students, parents, administrators, faculty, and college admissions personnel.
- Excellent written, oral, personal, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and stamina, evidence of good judgement, attention to detail, and demonstrated personal integrity.

- Bachelor’s degree required (graduate degree preferred) with demonstrated leadership, creativity, and successful track record in college and/or academic guidance within secondary school or undergraduate programs, used in communication, data, gathering, and reporting.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
